Manhattan Mocktail with Hojicha Syrup

Our friends over at LeeMo Designs whipped up another fantastic mocktail for us this month, using one of our tea based simple syrups.  We always keep at least one tea simple syrup in our fridge!  Adding a dash to bubbly water with a drop or two of bitters makes an easy and interesting drink.

Hojicha Simple Syrup Recipe
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup Hojicha loose leaf tea leaves


Manhattan Mocktail with Hojicha Syrup Recipe
2 ounces lyre’s highland malt non-alcoholic scotch
1 ounce roots divino rosso
2 dashes Angostura bitters
½ ounce hojicha syrup
